Data Scientist– AI Infra & Evaluation Foundations

As a Data Scientist in the AI Infra group, you'll design evaluation methodologies, transform the AI agent lifecycle, drive organizational impact, build hands-on tools, and anticipate future failure modes. You should have 3+ years of experience as a Data Scientist, production-grade coding skills, and strong product intuition.

• Design metrics, pipelines, and methodology that teams across monday trust and adopt as their source of truth.
• Standardize how AI agents are built, regression-tested, and maintained across the organization, embedding continuous evaluation into everyday engineering workflows.
• Partner with AI feature teams across monday to translate domain expectations into meaningful datasets, test suites, and continuous evaluation pipelines.
