Data Analyst

Join our team as a Data Analyst, where you'll play a crucial role in shaping our data-driven culture. You'll transform raw data into actionable insights, design and maintain data pipelines, and collaborate with various business teams to identify data needs. Your work will directly impact our strategy and decision-making processes.

• Transform raw data into clarity by building systems, tools, and insights that guide strategy across the business.
• Design and maintain ETL workflows that move and transform data between multiple systems to power business intelligence dashboards.
• Collaborate with business teams to identify data needs and transform business questions into analytical solutions.

• Must come from a startup, fintech, or similarly fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Experience analyzing and visualizing finance and accounting data preferred
• Strong proficiency in SQL, with a deep understanding of data modeling, query optimization, and performance tuning in Redshift
• Scripting experience (e.g., Python, SQL scripts) and familiarity with version control (e.g., Git)
• Strong communication and data storytelling skills — able to make complex analyses clear and actionable
• Comfortable working with NoSQL data and integrating it into analytics pipelines
• Experience designing and maintaining ETL workflows that connect multiple data sources and ensure data integrity
• Familiarity with AWS ecosystem services and best practices for data storage, transformation, and access
• Skilled at working with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and deliver measurable impact
