Bank Relationship & Analytics Manager

Join Raisin, a leading fintech company, as a Bank Relationship & Analytics Manager. In this dual role, you will support both the Bank Analytics team and the Deposits department. You will provide tailor-made funding guidance to partner banks, drive market and funding intelligence, and build strong relationships with partner banks. You will also contribute to key projects and collaborate globally with colleagues across different markets and teams.

• Support both the Bank Relationship and Analytics teams in the Deposits department, driving strategic relationships and providing funding guidance to partner banks.
• Analyze European and US deposit and funding markets, delivering clear insights into key trends and uncovering opportunities for partner banks.
• Build strong relationships with partner banks, ensuring smooth collaboration and shared success, and contribute to key projects such as launching new savings products.

• High attention to detail and excellent organization skills
• A growth mindset, proactive attitude, and a strong willingness to be hands-on and dive into the details
• Structured problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
• 2+ years of experience (including relevant internships) in consulting, banking, or financial services, with a strong desire to learn how to manage professional stakeholders
• Excellent English communication skills, with the confidence to communicate clearly and professionally across teams; German nice-to-have
• Strong academic background in business, finance, economics, or a similar field
