Senior HR Manager

The Senior HR Manager is a core part of the Chenega Corporation ("Chenega" or Company) Human Resources management team. Primary responsibilities include overseeing Chenega’s enterprise-wide HR technology systems, employee data management, and training programs. In addition to their enterprise-wide responsibilities, the Sr. HR Manager will manage a team responsible for auditing enterprise-wide employee changes and recruitment, onboarding services at the corporate level. Finally, the Sr. HR manager will serve as an advisor on matters as it relates to employee relations, compliance, ADA and FMLA for the corporate office.
