You’ll own the leadership of your people, including addressing performance and people issues, while having the right expertise alongside you to help you get the best from your teams.
Ready to step into some big boots?
There’s plenty to take on here, but also plenty to build on. You’ll inherit experienced people, established customer relationships and a region with significant opportunity ahead of it.
If you know the heavy automotive industry, genuinely care about customers, enjoy developing leaders and can see both the people opportunity and the business opportunity in front of you, we’d like to hear from you.
