EUROPE T&M Team, as a part ofBankingRevenue Assurance team is responsible for reviewing field service activities provided to our customers,forten European countriesat the moment, and determining which activities are considered Out of Scope, as per Customer’s maintenance Contract.Team’s goal is to organize efficient T&M billing process bydoing deep-dive analyses of field activities using various tools,cooperatingwith other internal teams,providingfinancial reports on chargeable calls andensuringrevenue iscollectedfully and in a timely manner.We are constantly working on optimizing our processes, and the role of T&M analyst is currently evolving into a consultant for company-wide internal and externalsolutions.
POSITION SUMMARY & KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

Understand Contractual language that defines field service activities not covered bythemaintenanceContract

Reviewallservice activitiesgeneratedfor assignedcustomers and based on Contract knowledge identifyOut of Scope activities

CreateFinancial Reportsforbillableactivitiesand calculation in accordance toCustomer Contract’sTerms and Conditions

Present great attention to detailswhen completing daily tasks, especially when it comes toReporting andInvoicing process – Customer data, Payment terms, VAT, accurate ratesetc…

Identify process gaps and work oncontinuousprocessimprovement and automatizationto advance developmental growthandcost reduction

Create Executive summaryshowcasing the cost or profit associated with the summary

Coordinate conversations with otherinternal teamswith goal toenable efficient T&M billing process

Understand all relevant technical details on company’s Banking equipment

Perform various analyses on business activities for assigned customersin order toidentify Revenue gaps
-
Use multiple software solutions to complete daily tasks: Oracle, TAMBA Tool, Invoice Engine, NCDM,SOM, Power BI,Microsoft Officeetc…

Manage business process that createsvalue and increase customer satisfaction
Candidates profile and qualifications:

4-5years ofrelevant workexperience

Excellent knowledge ofFrenchandEnglishlanguage

Good technical knowledge ofATMequipment

Advance user ofMicrosoft Office Suite software, knowledgeof creating macro solutionswould be considered asanadvantage

Possessesa high degree of skill in relationship management, and leadership to get issues resolved for the customer
