Project Manager, Site Development & Facilities Programs

The Project Manager of Site Development & Facilities Programs is an individual contributor responsible for leading complex, cross-functional initiatives supporting major manufacturing investments, site expansion, business continuity, and infrastructure resilience. The role connects internal program execution with municipalities, permitting authorities, utilities, economic-development organizations, insurers, and other external partners. This position leads through influence, relationships, judgment, and direct program ownership rather than formal people-management authority. The Project Manager identifies and removes regulatory, infrastructure, and organizational barriers so programs can move successfully from site evaluation through construction, commissioning, and operational readiness.
