Process Technician Night Shift

onsemi’s semiconductor fabrication facility in Syracuse, NY, is looking for a Process Technician to join the team. Our technology enables the next generation of power conversion, accelerating the transition to high-efficiency, high-power conversion solutions and inspiring new power system architectures. Shift (3:00 pm to 11:30 pm, or possibly 11:00 pm to 7 am, Monday through Friday

Process semiconductor wafers on tools in a cleanroom fab environment, e.g., photolithography, MOCVD, etch, thin films, etc. Perform visual quality inspections and enter measurement data. Follow all procedural and safety specifications. Physically move wafers through the cleanroom.

Education - High school diploma or higher. 3+ years of experience in a similar role at a semiconductor manufacturing facility. Ability to follow written procedures and verbal directions. Attention to detail and well-organized. onsemi is excited to share the base salary range for this position is $21.20-$36.92/hr. range exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. The final pay rate for the successful candidate will depend on geographic location, skills, education, experience, and/or consideration of internal equity of our current team members.
