As Assistant Guest Experience Manager - Marine, you’ll be at the heart of Hayman Island’s incredible experiences on the water. From welcoming guests aboard private charters and coordinating unforgettable marine adventures to supporting motorised water sports and working alongside our marine team and external tour operators, you’ll help bring the magic of the Whitsundays to life. Reporting to the Guest Experience Manager and working with the broader Guest Experience team, you’ll lead from the front - inspiring your team, creating seamless guest journeys and ensuring every experience is delivered safely, professionally and with genuine warmth. You’ll have the opportunity to turn a day on the water into a “wow” moment, whether that’s a private island adventure, an exhilarating water sports experience or simply helping a guest discover the beauty of the Great Barrier Reef.
