Multimedia Journalist

KOMO News is seeking an energetic, enterprise-driven Multimedia Journalist to expand our sports coverage across broadcast, digital, social, streaming and audio platforms. This journalist will help lead coverage of the mega-successful sports brands that define Seattle, including the Seahawks, Mariners and Seattle Storm. The position will play an important role in maximizing KOMO’s partnerships while delivering smart, visual and original coverage that connects with fans throughout Western Washington. The successful candidate is a strong visual storyteller who can report, shoot, write, edit and publish compelling sports content independently and collaborate closely with KOMO’s Sports Director, newsroom, digital and sales teams to grow audience and create sponsorship opportunities.
