About the Role

As a Junior Education Community Manager, your mission is not just to organize single events or campaigns, but to create a system of long-term collaboration with universities and student communities. You’ll be responsible for turning first contacts into sustainable partnerships, building trust with academic institutions, and making Solidgate a constant presence in the student ecosystem.

What you’ll own

Building strong, long-term partnerships with top universities and student organizations

Representing Solidgate at career fairs, hackathons, olympiads, and other student initiatives

Launching and organizing our own student events

Overseeing the operational backbone of all activities, ensuring every project is executed at a high standard

You’re a great fit if you have

-

Bachelor’s in Management, Sociology, Communications, Psychology, or related field (completed or in progress)

Excellent organizational and communication skills — you are a real networker

-

English proficiency at B1+ level or higher

-

Proactive mindset and passion for working with students

Experience in event organization or student activities will be a plus
