Senior Fullstack Developer (Java/Kotlin)

We are looking for a Senior Fullstack Developer (Java/Kotlin) to join a product team that builds and runs business-critical applications used by customers and partners internationally. The team owns its services end-to-end, from development to production.

You will work across back end, front end, and cloud, developing microservices and micro frontends in an event-driven architecture deployed on Kubernetes. Beyond hands-on development, you will help shape technical direction, make sound deployment decisions, and mentor less experienced developers.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience as a full-stack developer with Java and Kotlin in production environments
• Strong understanding of event-driven architecture
• Experience designing and building microservices and deploying them in cloud-based environments (AWS preferred)
• Hands-on experience with modern front-end development, preferably React
• Experience in a tech lead role or mentoring and guiding other developers
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setup
• Full professional proficiency in English

Nice to Have

• Experience with Kubernetes and GitLab CI
• Experience with Kafka for service-to-service communication
• Experience with micro frontend architecture
• Experience with continuous deployment practices
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
• Take technical ownership in a team that builds and runs its own applications, used by customers and partners internationally
• Work with a modern stack spanning Java, Kotlin, React, Kafka, AWS, and Kubernetes
