<h3><strong>About the Job</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Provide effective <strong>individual psychiatric care via telehealth</strong> in an outpatient setting.</li>
<li>Provide direct patient care, conduct comprehensive patient assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and prescribe medications as clinically appropriate.</li>
<li>Ensure all patient care is delivered in accordance with <strong>applicable laws, regulations, professional standards, and ethical guidelines</strong>.</li>
<li>We are not affiliated with any hospitals or clinics, allowing clinicians the autonomy to practice in the best interest of their patients without unnecessary corporate administrative interference.</li>
<li>Work within collaborative clinical teams consisting of <strong>multiple therapists and a psychiatric prescriber</strong>. During onboarding, you will have the opportunity to connect with eligible psychotherapists seeking a prescriber to join their team, with team matching facilitated by BlueSky.</li>
<li>Participate in regular staffing with collaborating therapists, <strong>at least monthly</strong>, to discuss patient cases, treatment coordination, and clinical topics.</li>
<li>Provide clinical services remotely from your home. <strong>Days and hours are flexible and determined by the clinician</strong>, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.</li>
<li>Participate in virtual clinical team meetings.</li>
<li>Attend BlueSky's clinical conferences, which are held <strong>four times per week</strong>. Attendance is required at least <strong>once per week during the first 90 days of employment</strong> and <strong>once per month thereafter</strong>.</li>

<h3><strong>Job Requirements</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Must hold an <strong>active, unrestricted PMHNP license in at least one of the states we serve:</strong> <strong>AZ, CO, IA, IL, MA, MD, MN, MS, NC, OH, TN, TX, or WA</strong>.</li>
<li>Must be willing to obtain <strong>additional state licenses as needed</strong> to support patient access and BlueSky's growing service areas.</li>
<li>Prior experience working as a <strong>Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)</strong> is preferred but <strong>not required</strong>.</li>
<li>Must <strong>not own or operate a private practice</strong>.</li>
<li>Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of healthcare professionals.</li>
<li>Strong clinical background in <strong>psychiatry and behavioral health</strong>.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge and experience in the <strong>assessment and diagnosis of psychiatric disorders and psychopharmacological treatment</strong>.</li>
<li>Familiarity with <strong>non-pharmacological and evidence-based behavioral health interventions</strong>.</li>
<li>Strong computer skills and comfort using <strong>EHRs, telehealth platforms, and other basic technology</strong>.</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li>
<li>Strong organizational and time-management skills.</li>
<li>Ability to provide <strong>patient-centered, evidence-based, and collaborative psychiatric care</strong> in a telehealth environment.</li>
