ManageH&Bvendorrenewalsandnegotiations

• Designefficientplandesignsandfundingarrangementsthatfitclient’sneed.

• Demonstrateproficientwriting,oralpresentationskillsinclientreports,recommendations, and presentations
• -
• Provideclaimsanalysisreports,includinglossratio,frequencyoftheuse,member profile, etc.
• -

ProvideannualbenchmarkingcomparisonrelatingtoH&Bclients

Internalsystemupdatesrelatetobenefitsmatters

• Analysisabouttheadvantagesanddisadvantagesoftheplanfundingmodel(insuredor self-insured); development of performance indicators for monitoring results
• Legislative updates: communicate Human Resources team any changes in locallaws relatedtogrouplifeinsurance,medicalanddentalbenefits;andpotentialdirectand/or indirect impacts on the company’s current benefits programs

The Requirements

• -
• Minimumof5yearsexperienceinaHealth& Benefitsconsultingorbrokeragerole,or from a C&B function in industry.
• -
• Meet requirements of the following including: BCP, ComGI, PGI, HI, M5, M9 and M9A papers (M9A is preferred but not mandatory)

Excellentabilitytocommunicateeffectivelywithastrongfocusoncustomerservice
