Basic Salary

Grade: 07

Key Responsibility Areas

• Prepares and supervises allocated staff and resources.
• Prepares and implements work programmes.
• Undertakes general administrative duties.
• Communicates, liaises and interacts with communities, internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensures the health and safety of staff and the general public in terms of the OHS Act.
• Maintains an up-to-date working knowledge in the field of facilities management.

Essential Requirements

• Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) or equivalent.
• Valid motor vehicle driving license
• 2 Years relevant experience.
• Computer Literacy.

Preferred Requirements

• Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) or equivalent and a certificate in Administrative field.
• 3 years relevant experience

Special Conditions

• Required to undertake technical training.
• All posts of Supervisor within the department are interchangeable.
• Maybe required to work irregular hours and/or overtime.

Physical Requirements

Must be able to perform all the duties of the post in an efficient and effective manner.
