Set in the heart of Canary Wharf with stunning views across the River Thames and London skyline, the hotel features 141 luxurious guestrooms and suites, stylish dining spaces, meeting and events facilities, and access to a luxury health club, spa and pool. Combining luxury hospitality with authentic, experiential and considerate travel, the hotel celebrates individuality, locality and meaningful guest experiences in one of London's most dynamic destinations.
We are looking for someone who can work Full-Time, typical working pattern is Monday to Friday.
What you’ll be doing…

• Handling reservation enquiries with confidence and care, ensuring guests receive a warm, professional and efficient service from the first point of contact.
• Processing individual and group reservations accurately, including amendments, cancellations, special requests and guest preferences.
• Maintaining reservation systems ensuring all information is up to date and communicated clearly to the wider hotel team.
• Assisting with revenue management of booking channels
• Supporting the Sales team with enquiries, client communications and opportunities to maximise revenue where appropriate.
• Building positive relationships with guests, clients and colleagues to support a seamless booking experience.

What we’re looking for…

Previous experience in reservations within IHG is highly desirable, front office, sales administration or a similar hospitality role would also be advantageous

A confident communicator with a warm, professional and guest-focused approach.

Strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Comfortable using Microsoft Office; experience with hotel reservations systems would be a plus.

A proactive approach with an interest in both reservations and supporting sales opportunities.
