Apprentice Plumber

We’re looking for a dependable, motivated Plumbing Apprentice to join our Masters team at our Fort Wayne location. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to learn the plumbing trade, gain hands-on experience, and build a long-term career.

Job Description

• Assist plumbers with residential and commercial plumbing installations and repairs
• Load, unload, and organize tools and materials
• Help install pipe, fixtures, water heaters, drains, and other plumbing components
• Prepare job sites and keep work areas clean and safe
• Follow company safety standards and instructions
• Provide exceptional service to customers

What We’re Looking For

• Willingness to learn and work with your hands
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to work in different job-site conditions
• Ability to lift equipment/materials and perform physical work
• Plumbing apprentice experience or trade-school training is a plus
