• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate and up-to-date product/service information to customers.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring a satisfactory resolution.
• Document and escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate teams.
