Trainer

As a Trainer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging training sessions to our clients, covering various aspects of BPM. Your expertise will empower our clients to optimize their business processes and achieve their goals. You will collaborate with our team to create innovative training materials and stay updated with industry trends.

• Design and deliver comprehensive training programs tailored to client needs.
• Conduct interactive workshops and provide hands-on guidance to ensure effective knowledge transfer.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and incorporate them into training content.
• Collaborate with the Delivery Assurance team to align training with project objectives.
• Provide post-training support and address client queries to ensure long-term success.
• Create and maintain training materials, including presentations, manuals, and resources.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
• Stay informed about emerging BPM technologies and incorporate them into training.
• Build strong relationships with clients and understand their unique requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in BPM training or a similar role.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong knowledge of BPM concepts and best practices.
• Ability to design engaging and interactive training sessions.
• Proficiency in using training tools and platforms.
• Analytical skills to assess training needs and evaluate effectiveness.
• Experience with creating training materials and resources.
