Business Analyst / QA

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst / QA to join complex technology projects involving software platforms, systems integration and operational systems.
Your role is to translate business, technical and contractual requirements into clear functional specifications and ensure that the delivered solution can be objectively verified against them.
This is not a Project Management role. Your focus will be on requirements, functional analysis, traceability and acceptance testing.

What you'll do

• Gather, analyse and clarify business, operational and technical requirements.
• Translate complex requirements into clear, measurable and testable functional specifications.
• Identify gaps, ambiguities and conflicting requirements before they reach development.
• Produce and maintain:
• Functional specifications
• Use cases / user stories
• Process flows
• Acceptance criteria
• Requirements traceability
• Define structured test scenarios and test cases for FAT, SAT, UAT or equivalent acceptance processes.
• Review delivered functionality against agreed requirements and identify gaps or incomplete implementations.
• Analyse and document operational workflows such as incidents, faults, approvals, escalations and reporting.
• Define functional requirements for system integrations, APIs and data exchanges.
• Work closely with Project Managers, Architects, UX/UI Designers and engineering teams throughout design, implementation and acceptance.
• Assess the impact of requirement changes and help maintain alignment between scope, implementation and testing.
• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, Requirements Analysis or a similar role in software or technology projects.
• Strong experience producing functional specifications, acceptance criteria and structured requirements documentation.
• Experience with FAT, SAT, UAT or similar formal testing and acceptance processes.
• Experience working with software integrations, APIs and multiple interconnected systems.
• Ability to translate complex technical or contractual requirements into clear, implementable and testable behaviour.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Confidence working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English.

• GIS or Digital Twin solutions
• ITSM / Incident Management platforms
• Public-sector or PPP projects
• Regulated or mission-critical environments
• Projects with strict SLA, KPI, availability or contractual acceptance requirements
