Senior Consultant - SAP

Bristlecone India Limited is looking for an experienced SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) Specialist to join our S4 HANA Technical – Delivery department. The role focuses on end‑to‑end implementation, configuration, and support of EWM solutions, with a strong emphasis on transportation management, warehouse operations, and logistics execution. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality, scalable solutions that meet client requirements and industry best practices.

• Design, configure, and implement SAP EWM solutions aligned with transportation and logistics processes.
• Lead full‑cycle EWM projects, including requirement gathering, blueprinting, development, testing, and deployment.
• Integrate EWM with SAP S/4HANA, SAP TM, and third‑party logistics systems.
• Provide post‑go‑live support, troubleshooting, and performance tuning for EWM environments.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, configuration guides, and best‑practice templates.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions for functional teams and end‑users.
• Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Perform system upgrades, patches, and enhancements while ensuring minimal disruption.
• Participate in code reviews, peer mentoring, and knowledge‑sharing initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, and SAP governance standards.
• 5+ years of hands‑on experience implementing and supporting SAP EWM, preferably on S/4HANA.
• Strong expertise in transportation management, warehouse processes, and logistics execution.
• Proficiency in ABAP, IDoc, BAPI, and SAP PI/PO for EWM integrations.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP TM and its integration with EWM.
• Solid understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture and upgrade pathways.
• Relevant SAP certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate – EWM).
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience with Agile project methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
