Re18 is getting closer to fulfilling its mission & we are looking for an HR Generalist to own both ends of Re18’s team members' lifecycle. You will run full cycle recruitment to bring the right people in the door and take ownership of the HR operations, onboarding culture & policies that retains them here. This role is for someone who is equally energized by sourcing exceptional candidates and by building the everyday systems that make a workplace run successfully.
Your responsibilities will include

• Lead the recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews and facilitating new hire orientation sessions
• Serve as the primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries from team members and executives
• Coordinate employee benefits administration in regards to onboarding (medical insurance, lap-tops, SIM cards etc)
• Maintain accurate team members records and HR databases, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations and confidentiality requirements
• Assist in development and maintenance of talent management processes
• Support the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures and initiatives to promote a positive and inclusive work environment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives to enhance the employee experience and drive organizational success
• Participate in employer branding activities & internal events planning
• Monitor and improve team member morale and company culture
• Other tasks as assigned

What you will need

• Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar HR role for at least 3 years, with a comprehensive understanding of HR functions and processes
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels
• Great problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with a focus on fostering positive employee relations
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling confidential and sensitive information
• Exemplary planning, time management skills and punctuality
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
