Agile Coach (Local to IL)

Duration: 6+Months Contract

Job Description

Scope : This person will help get Manager to VP level Digital/IT client stakeholders acclimated to the Agile process as well as enforce teams to follow Agile methodology.

Main duties and responsibilities

• Experience with Agile software development practices (Scrum, TDD, XP)
• Experience with large transformation engagements, organizational impediments to transformation, and has coached senior managers and other stakeholders in resolving them
• Can help management at all levels of the organization to understand the benefits of thinking and working in an Agile way"
