Workshop Controller

Lead the Flow. Drive Performance. Deliver Results.

We're looking for an experienced Workshop Controller to oversee the day-to-day coordination of our busy workshop operations. Working closely with our Foremen, Service Advisors, Technicians and Parts team, you'll ensure work is scheduled efficiently, completed to a high standard, and delivered on time.

This is a key leadership role focused on maximising productivity, workshop performance, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily workshop workflow and job allocation.

• Support Workshop Foremen to maximise technician utilisation and productivity.
• -
• Monitor workshop loading, work in progress, and repair completion times.
• -
• Prioritise customer repairs, warranty work, and urgent jobs.
• -
• Liaise with Service Advisors, Technicians and Parts to keep jobs moving efficiently.
• -
• Drive workshop performance, labour recovery and utilisation targets.
• -
• Ensure work is completed safely, accurately and to manufacturer standards.
• -
• Promote a strong "fix it right the first time" culture.
• -
• Assist with reporting, documentation and workshop administration.

About You

• -
• Previous experience as a Workshop Controller, Foreman or senior workshop leader.

• Strong automotive service and workshop knowledge.
• -
• Excellent organisational and planning skills.
• -
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong communication and leadership capabilities.
