Teller / Customer Service Representative - Part-Time - Bismarck South Cashwise

Schedule: In-Office, 20-29 hrs/week. 1-6:15 M-F and rotating Saturdays, 8:45-12:15.

Gate City Bank is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative to support daily operations at our Bismarck South Cashwise Office. This role includes customer transactions, account support, and delivering friendly, passionate service in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, helpful experience by assisting customers with everyday banking transactions
• Build relationships by identifying ways to make banking easier and more rewarding
• Open new accounts and educate customers on products and services that fit their needs
• Balance cash drawer and maintain accuracy
• Follow all service, security, and compliance guidelines

Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, retail, cash handling, or sales preferred
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to doing things right
• A positive, upbeat attitude and a genuine desire to help others

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay Range: $18-$19/hr
• Saturday Differential Pay: +$5/hr
• Guaranteed 15-19 hrs/wk
