About the role

Lendlease is seeking Expressions of Interest from experienced Project Engineers and Senior Project Engineers based in Victoria who are interested in current and future opportunities across our national project portfolio.

In this position, you will play an integral role in managing subcontractors and suppliers to deliver a successful construction project. This includes developing and maintaining construction programs, implementing the procurement strategy, value engineering, managing quality and ensuring high levels of Health and Safety at all times.

To be successful, you will need

• 4-7+ years of on-site construction delivery experience.
• Proven track record on large-scale building projects (ideally >$100m).
• Strong skills in programme development, cost control, and risk management.
• Experience resolving design and coordination issues.
• Ability to lead teams and manage subcontractors effectively.
• Deep understanding of EHS, quality, and sustainability standards.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills.
