About the Role

As a Card Production Associate, you will produce payment cards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will operate advanced card production, sorting, printing and insertion equipment. Your attention to quality, productivity and deadlines will help ensure accurate products are delivered to our clients.

Schedules

• Sunday through Tuesday
• Wednesday through Friday
• from 7:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m.

What You Will Be Doing

• Operate card production machines, inserters, printers and other production equipment.
• Set up equipment and load materials according to production requirements.
• Monitor equipment performance and clear routine malfunctions to maintain production flow.
• Complete repetitive production tasks accurately, safely and efficiently.
• Inspect finished products to verify quality and accuracy.
• Meet productivity expectations and production deadlines.
• Follow established operating, quality and workplace safety procedures.
• Maintain an organized work area and properly handle production materials.
• Communicate equipment, material or quality issues to the appropriate team members.
• Support additional production activities based on operational needs.

What you bring

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent credential.
• Experience working in a production, manufacturing or operations environment.
• Ability to operate equipment and follow detailed work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately throughout the shift.
• Adaptability when assignments, priorities or production needs change.
• Ability to work three 12-hour shifts, followed by four scheduled days off.
• Availability to work overtime when business needs require it.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience operating printers, inserters, sorting equipment or production machinery.
• Skills in basic equipment setup, troubleshooting and material handling.
• Experience working in a deadline-driven, quality-controlled environment.
• Effective communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills.
