Fund Reporting Analyst

Join ICapital as a Fund Reporting Analyst, where you will be responsible for preparing and distributing investor communications, analyzing fund performance data, and liaising with industry professionals. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Preparation and distribution of investor communications, including client fund level reports for private equity fund-of-funds and hedge funds.
• Reviewing, digesting, and extracting information from reports provided by underlying private equity sponsors and drafting relevant information for client quarterly performance updates.
• Coordinating internal compliance review and approvals, ensuring timely distribution of reports to clients and relationship managers.

• 0-2 years of experience, preferably with hedge funds, private equity, and/or real estate industry, and open to recent graduates with relevant experience
• Microsoft office skills required (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong knowledge of Excel with experience of manipulation and presentation of data
• Previous experience in report writing, investor communications, and business writing skills are preferred
• Able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize assignments with excellent time management skills
• Strong communication skills are essential
