Supervisor - Beverage Casino

Join our team as a Supervisor in the Beverage Casino. In this role, you will conduct daily pre-shift meetings, maintain staffing levels, manage inventory, assist with budget monitoring, and ensure proper training for all employees. You will also be responsible for evaluating staff performance, ensuring compliance with company policies, and maintaining workplace hygiene and safety procedures. A high school diploma or equivalent work experience is required, along with 2 years of supervisory experience and high volume beverage operation experience.

• Conduct daily pre-shift meetings with cocktail servers and bartenders, setting daily expectations.
• Maintain appropriate staffing levels for casino floor & bars, and ensure proper training for all new hires.
• Assist Beverage Manager with monitoring established budget for payroll, sales, liquor, and supplies.
