Paid Media Manager

• Execution and optimization of digital media campaigns across various paid digital platforms.
• Partnering with clients to define performance goals, unlock strategic opportunities, and translate business objectives into media plans.
• Building and maintaining advanced campaign reporting, using insights to continuously refine strategy, targeting, and creative execution.

• Have experience collaborating across strategy, creative, and analytics teams
• Willingness to travel for client meetings, conferences, and industry events as needed
• Are driven to combine the work of managing your own customers, running their online marketing campaigns and building long-term relationships
• Have strong spoken and written communication skills
• Have a minimum of 3 years of digital marketing experience in Paid Social (Programmatic would be an added plus!)
• Have great communication skills to be able explain complex concepts clearly and efficiently and give consultative advice to help customers grow their performance
• Are highly organized with the ability to manage multiple workflows in parallel
• Have technical understanding and skills to be able optimize campaigns and analyze their results
