About The Role
Join our team as a Senior Product Designer for Kiosk, where you will own and elevate the guest-facing ordering experience across thousands of global restaurant locations. You will define the product roadmap, design intuitive interfaces, and drive key guest funnel outcomes. Your responsibilities will include setting the multi-quarter design vision, defining and owning the Kiosk guest product roadmap, prototyping and delivering design-to-code specs, architecting and governing the Kiosk white-label design system, and leveraging AI workflows. You should have 5+ years of experience in product design, a strong portfolio, and a bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or equivalent practical work experience.
- End-to-end ownership of the guest-facing ordering experience across global restaurant locations, including defining the product roadmap and designing intuitive interfaces.
- Driving measurable guest-funnel metrics by synthesizing behavioral data, restaurant visits, support insights, and competitive teardowns into prioritized product briefs.
- Architecting and governing the Kiosk white-label design system, ensuring visual integrity across hundreds of distinct restaurant brand identities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with proven ability to present ideas, negotiate scope trade-offs, align global cross-functional stakeholders, and mentor team members
- 5+ years of experience in product design with an outstanding portfolio demonstrating visual craft, interaction design, and product thinking (experience in Kiosk, POS, in-store ordering, checkout, or payments is strongly preferred)
- Demonstrated product sense with experience writing briefs, establishing roadmap priorities, running experiments, and driving funnel metrics when operating with or without a dedicated PM
- Hands-on experience architecting and scaling complex white-label or multi-brand design systems, including working knowledge of EAA/WCAG accessibility and multi-language/RTL support
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or equivalent practical work experience
- Code-aware background with a strong understanding of frontend capabilities, technical logic, and performance constraints to effectively partner with engineers on technical implementation
- AI-native mindset, leveraging AI tools as a daily productivity lever for research, ideation, spec creation, and high-fidelity prototyping
- 1. Fluency in English is required, with strong written and verbal communication skills being essential
