Senior Marketing Automation Manager

As a Senior Marketing Automation Manager, you will own and evolve the technology, architecture, and operating infrastructure behind Lifecycle Marketing. This hands-on role will involve platform architecture and operations, business enablement and self-service, platform migration and transformation, AI and agentic campaign operations, and operational excellence. You will work closely with various teams to ensure the success of our lifecycle marketing efforts.

• Ownership and evolution of the technology, architecture, and operating infrastructure behind Lifecycle Marketing at <monday.com>.
• Leading the migration of existing lifecycle programs and automated flows from legacy platforms into the new lifecycle ecosystem.
• Building the operating model that enables teams across <monday.com> to independently create and launch campaigns, in-app experiences, and automated flows.
