About The Role
Join Redaptive as the Capital Markets Lead, where you will build and manage the investor network, execute buy-side and sell-side transactions, and source qualified investors for equipment finance transactions. This role requires expertise in investor qualification, deal structuring, credit, and risk management, and involves collaboration with sales, finance, and legal teams. You will also develop a comprehensive syndication strategy, analyze market trends, and manage syndication processes from origination to funding.
- Construire et gérer le réseau d'investisseurs de Redaptive, en originer et exécuter des transactions d'achat et de vente.
- Identifier, qualifier et intégrer des investisseurs, y compris des banques, des FinCos, des investisseurs institutionnels et des fonds d'infrastructure.
- Développer une stratégie de syndication complète pour atteindre ou dépasser les objectifs de financement.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts to investors and clients effectively
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze financial data, conduct risk assessments, and create financial models
- Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Have an ergonomically correct and functional work-from-home workstation set up
- Excellent knowledge of renewable energy technologies, project finance, and syndication structures
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Established network of energy infrastructure and equipment finance investors, including banks, FinCos, institutional investors, and funds
- Proficiency in relevant software applications, including MS Office and CRM systems
- 10+ years of proven track record in capital markets syndication, equipment finance, or renewable energy project finance, with demonstrated investor relationships on both buy-side and sell-side transactions
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field. MBA or equivalent degree is preferred
