This role is designed specifically around our highest-demand hours:
**Weekdays: 3:00 PM β 9:00 PM**
**Weekends: 8:00 AM β 2:00 PM**
**Part-time schedule with peak-hour availability required.**

- π΅ **$65 per billable hour** β LCSW-C, LCPC, or LMFT with independent licensure
- π΅ **$45 per billable hour** β LMSW or LGPC *(supervision provided; limited openings)*
- π― **Monthly bonus potential** for eligible clinicians based on applicable productivity and performance criteria

π§ What You'll Do
You'll provide compassionate, evidence-informed care to children, teens, young adults, and their families through secure telehealth.
Your day-to-day will include:
- π Conducting clinical intakes and developing individualized, trauma-informed treatment plans
- π» Providing individual, family, and group therapy via telehealth
- π€ Collaborating with therapists, PMHNPs, psychiatrists, and other members of our interdisciplinary team
- π¨βπ©βπ§βπ¦ Supporting families through education and care coordination
- π Maintaining timely and accurate documentation in our EHR
- π Building meaningful therapeutic relationships with clients and families
- π Delivering culturally responsive care that meets families where they are

π What We're Looking For
- Active Maryland license: **LGPC, LCPC, LMSW, or LCSW-C**
- Experience working with children, adolescents, and families
- Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
- Strong communication, documentation, and technology skills
- Commitment to trauma-informed and culturally responsive practice
