💰 $55/Hour + Monthly Bonus Potential

• 💵 **$55 per billable hour** — LCSW, LPC, or LMFT with independent licensure

🕐 Flexibility Without the Hustle

You'll carry a target caseload of **15–22 sessions per week**, providing individual and family therapy through telehealth.

Most clinicians work **weekday afternoons and evenings, typically 2–9 PM**, with weekend availability a plus.

Backpack provides the referrals and administrative infrastructure so you can spend more of your time focused on your clients — not searching for them or managing unnecessary administrative work.

🧠 What You'll Do

You'll provide compassionate, evidence-informed behavioral healthcare to children, teens, young adults, and their families.

Your work will include:

• 📝 Conducting clinical assessments
• 🧠 Developing individualized, trauma-informed treatment plans
• 💻 Providing individual and family therapy through secure telehealth
• 🤝 Collaborating with therapists, PMHNPs, psychiatrists, and other members of our interdisciplinary team
• 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Providing family education and care coordination
• 📋 Maintaining timely and accurate clinical documentation
• 💜 Building meaningful therapeutic relationships with clients and families
• 🌎 Delivering culturally responsive care that recognizes each family's unique needs

🔎 What We're Looking For

You may be a great fit if you have:

• Active Arizona license: **LPC, LMFT, or LCSW**
• Experience working with children, adolescents, and families — or a strong interest in this population
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Comfort with technology and virtual clinical platforms
• Commitment to trauma-informed and culturally responsive care
• **Bilingual English/Spanish skills — strongly preferred**
