Student Worker - Academic Services Associate

Purpose: Assist in duties associated with Truett Seminary student academics and overall office management. This includes assisting Academic Services with other duties as needed. Key Responsibilities: • Provide administrative support for Academic Services Office • Receive guests and answer student, faculty, and guest inquiries • Assist with day-to-day office procedures and routines • Keep inventory of office supplies • Help advise students with basic degree plans and curriculum questions • Help plan special events, including graduation, advising meals, and conferences
