About The Role

***Must have open availability to work: 6:00am - 3:00pm (some weekends and Holidays are required)*** The Food Service Supervisor oversees inmate labor and team members assisting with the food service operation in a correctional facility. You will also prepare and serve a variety of food items following assigned work instructions and menus and use a variety of food preparation utensils and machines in preparing food.
