Bilingual Safety Representative

R.R. Cassidy is looking for a Bilingual Safety Representative is responsible for promoting and enforcing a strong safety culture across assigned job sites, with a focus on construction, utility, and electrical work environments. This role monitors field operations for compliance with OSHA and company safety standards, identifies and corrects hazards before they result in incidents. Candidates with a journeyman-level or apprentice electrical trade background are strongly preferred, as this experience provides direct, hands-on understanding of electrical hazards, work practices, and crew operations in the field.
