Description

SalesCaptain is looking for a motivated and organized **Marketing Intern** with a passion for **event planning, coordination, and execution**. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on experience managing high-impact events while supporting a fast-growing international team.

What You’ll Do

Support the planning and execution of **virtual and in-person events**, including webinars, workshops, community meetups, and internal company activities.
Assist with **event logistics**.
Prepare and organize **event materials** (presentations, agendas, promotional content).
Work with the marketing team to **promote events** across social media, email, and partner channels.
Help manage **post-event processes**: attendee feedback collection, reporting, and follow-up communication.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and HR to ensure smooth event delivery.
Conduct research on event trends, tools, and competitor activities.

Requirements

Strong interest in **marketing and event management**.
Excellent communication in Enlgish, organization, and multitasking skills.
Creative problem-solver who can work both independently and as part of a team.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Zoom, Eventbrite, Canva, or similar platforms is a plus (not required).
Prior experience with event organizing (ex. Student conferences) will be a strong plus.
