About The Role
Vos missions seront les suivantes :- Préparer et doser les ingrédients nécessaires à la fabrication,- Assurer la fermentation et la cuisson des produits,- Surveiller les temps de pousse et de cuisson,- Contrôler la qualité des produits finis (aspect, cuisson, goût),- Respecter les règles d'hygiène, de sécurité et de traçabilité alimentaire,- Organiser son poste de travail en fonction de la production à réaliser,
conditions
35h travaille 1 dimanche sur 2 et un jour de repos fixe par semaine / Boulangerie fermée le mercredi
Horaires : 2h00 - 10h00
