Rotational assignments and full-time placements are based on business needs and organizational priorities at the time of selection.Onsite and in-office work is an essential function of this role and a requirement of the position.
Strategic Business Impact
TheDLDPis a two-year program set to occur betweenJuly 12, 2027 – July 2029. Participants will completefour, six-month rotationsthat provide strategic direction while gainingproficiencywith our diverse functional areas, business units, and regions. Learning opportunities willinclude:formal development sessions, dedicated Executive Mentorship,utilizationof our Practical Process Improvement (PPI)methodology, and a network of outstanding LDP alumni.

Compensation
OurDLDPoffers a starting salary of$94,000in addition to the following as part of the total compensation: Annual Incentive Plan, Sign-on Bonus, and Relocation Assistance.
What We Look For
Academic Background & Work Experience:
-
Undergraduatestudent completing aBachelor’sdegree betweenDecember 2026 – June 2027in one of the following:Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Security, Information Systems, Information Technology, Software Engineering/Programming,or related field of study.

1+ yearsofDigital, Data Science, or IT-related work experience (i.e.work experience, internships, special projects, etc.).
Leadership Profile:

Proven leadership experience witha track recordof influencing others, leading initiatives, driving results, and creating positive impact within teams and organizations.

Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, adapt to changing priorities, and solve complex problems.

Evidence of grit, resilience, and perseverance when facing challenges, setbacks, or competing priorities.

Strong learning agility, intellectual curiosity, and an innovative mindset.

Excellent interpersonal communication skills and emotional intelligence, with the ability to build relationships across diverse teams.

Onsite and in-office work is an essential function of this role and isrequiredthroughout the program and in future placements to support collaboration across businesses, functions, and locations.

To qualify, applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States and should not require sponsorship (current or future) for employment visa status. Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in Massachusetts is $92,500.00–$94,000.00.
This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
