About The Role
Primary Function of Position
- The Area Sales Program Specialist is an integral member of the organization, managing
- key focus projects and developing program initiatives to support sales activities that
- drive new business opportunities and achieve the Capital Sales team's goals. This role
- requires collaboration both within the team and across cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in project management is essential to support the team's sustainable
- success and contribute to the business growth of Intuitive Taiwan.
Essential Job Duties
- This role involves specific responsibilities and tasks that an individual is expected to
- perform. Additional job duties may be determined by the manager.
- Sales Operation & Process Enablement:
- Drive process efficiency and performance through effective management of
- Sales Tools (SFDC, Tableau, BOX, ZOOM…etc)
- Manage and optimize Capital sales pipeline reporting
- Lead I&A listing, tender and contract process
- Support Capital sales tender and contract processes, including coordination,
- bid preparation, and post-bid follow-up.
- Program Management & Customer Engagement:
- Develop and implement Capital mobile event to engage key Greenfield
- customers and accelerate market penetration
- Present and demonstrate the features and benefits of DaVinci system to
- prospective clients
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify customer
- needs, potential targets, and capital equipment opportunity
- Partner cross-functionally to capture customer requirements, provide
- customer feedback, and ensure a seamless customer experience
- Collect and analyze capital equipment ROI data to strengthen business
- cases for potential clients.
- Team Support & Event Management:
- Provide operational support for Capital sales initiatives and key events
- (Executive Test Drives, Surgeon Group Test Drives, Peer-to-Peer activities),
- ensuring professional execution and measurable impact.
- Coordinate and organize internal and external meetings, stakeholder
- engagements, and travel arrangements
- Oversee Capital Sales shared folder and database management to maintain
- accuracy and accessibility of critical information.
- Facilitate purchase request preparation and execution to support business
- continuity for the Capital Sales team.
Required Skills and Experience
To adequately perform the primary roles and responsibilities of this position the
individual must have
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with at least 3 years in medical device
- sales/marketing; sales management or sales admin. experience preferred.
- A results-oriented, self-confident demeanor with the ability to react quickly
- under pressure.
- Demonstrated success in planning, scheduling, and logistics management
- across multiple projects. Able to manage multiple tasks
- Excellent prioritization, project management and analytical skills.
- A proactive, results-oriented, and collaborative approach with high
- accountability.
- Self-starter capabilities, able to create structure within ambiguity and operate
- with significant autonomy.
- Excellent teamwork skills with a proven ability to collaborate and facilitate
- across multiple disciplines in a cross-functional matrix organization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and
- English, including strong presentation skills to external audiences.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel; experience with
- SFDC and Tableau is a plus.
- Working knowledge of clinical workflow in surgical procedures
- Ability to travel 50% (including international)
Required Education and Training
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required

This position may be filled at a different job level than listed here depending on
business need and/or on the selected candidate’s experience, knowledge and skills.
Compensation will be based primarily on the job level at which the role is filled and the
candidate’s qualifications, consistent with applicable law.
