Assistant Branch Manager

• Assist the Branch Manager in managing all operational aspects of an auction facility. Monitor and maintain current branch/ service center positions.
• Ensure that auctions are organized in a manner that best represents the vehicles on sale and maximizes the customer return on salvage while providing optimal value to buyers.
• Responsible for supporting, creating and maintaining a safe, engaged and positive work environment.
• Ensuring compliance with operational standards.
• Recommend or perform personnel actions such as salary increases, performance reviews, hiring and disciplinary action.
• Meeting/exceeding growth and profitability goals.
• P&L and budget responsibility
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with customers, adjusters, and buyers.
• Perform other Duties as assigned

Education: 2 year / Associate Level Degree or the equivalent in experience
Experience: 3-4 years of related experience in the automotive industry and management experience
