PMO

Overview:
One of the biggest banks in the European Union is seeking a PMO to join the teams’ client.

What will you do?

Onboarding committees’ preparation
Hardware and software budget monitoring, sign-off preparation, and monthly reports
Close collaboration with cluster managers
Financial analysis and budget trajectory management
Monthly closing for the client’s entities (accruals /pre-payment, actuals costs control, KPIs analysis ...)
Dashboards and trend indicators monitoring
External supplier contact
Processes set up on multiple subjects
Transformation of the NFTE + FTE budget management
Working in collaboration and as a support for the CTO, pillar leads and managers
Headcounts budget supervision on perimeter at worldwide level

What are we looking for?

At least 2 years in PMO positions and budget management
Accounting and financial knowledge
Experience with Excel / Powerpoint
Experience in Reporting
Fluent in English.
