As a Java Full Stack - Exp Associate, you will engage in developing innovative software solutions to drive digital transformation and enhance business performance. Within our Cloud Engineering, Data & Analytics practice, you will be part of a team that combines technical experience with creative thinking to deliver software products that meet the evolving needs of clients. You will design, code, and test applications that revolutionize industries and deliver exceptional user experiences.

As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagement and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful client connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources. You will be expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, embrace ambiguity, ask questions, and use these challenges as opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

• Full stack Development (Frontend & Backend)
• Developing innovative software solutions to drive digital transformation and enhance business performance
• Designing, coding, and testing applications to deliver exceptional user experiences
• Collaborating with team members to address varying challenges and project scopes
• Applying Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD) methodologies to improve software quality
• Utilizing Java, JavaScript, and other programming languages to build and maintain applications
• Engaging in debugging and troubleshooting to resolve software issues efficiently
• Implementing Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) practices to streamline development processes
• Conducting code reviews to maintain coding standards and improve software quality
• Participating in business requirements analysis to align software solutions with client needs
• Supporting client management by adapting to diverse perspectives and needs

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 1 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

• Demonstrating proficiency in Java, JavaScript (JS) and Angular
