As a People Operations - International Mobility Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in managing the people lifecycle and operational tasks related to employee management. This includes overseeing employee onboarding, offboarding, payroll, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will focus on enabling process optimization and leveraging data to drive insights and informed business decisions in the HR Information Systems, Data, and Analytics space.
As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate complex situations, grow your personal brand, and deepen your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality outcomes. Embracing ambiguity, you will use these moments as opportunities for growth.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Mexico, you will implement technology solutions and utilize advanced analytics techniques to streamline HR processes, enhance employee experience, and support business and human resource clients in optimizing operations and achieving strategic goals. This position offers a unique opportunity to develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving.
Responsibilities
- Supporting global mobility operations within a professional services environment: processes, complexities, and logistics of international mobility, combined with a collaborative mindset suited to working across a networked organization.
- Managing the implementation and optimization of HR information systems to enhance operational efficiency
- Leveraging data analytics to provide insights and support strategic decision-making in HR processes
- Coordinating HR projects and confirming alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements
- Utilizing project management skills to streamline HR operations and improve employee experience
- Developing and maintaining employee records management policies to validate compliance with labor laws
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and innovation in HR practices
- Supporting the integration of AI-human collaboration tools to enhance HR service delivery
- Analyzing complex HR data sets to inform recommendations and optimize workforce management strategies
- Building meaningful relationships with internal stakeholders to address HR inquiries and issues effectively
- Facilitating the adoption of advanced analytics techniques to support HRIS data management and reporting
What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, Law or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in international or global mobility functional areas
- Working knowledge of mobility legislation and compliance requirements
- Key skills: International mobility knowledge, Data Analytics, Digital & AI fluency, communication, stakeholder management, critical thinking, Project Management, process improvement, and attention to detail
- Oral and written proficiency in English is required
