Founded in 2019, Swift supports Civilian, Defense, and Intelligence Community customers across the country and around the globe.We are looking for a Data Scientist in McLean, VA.Job Description:Provide data analysis services, including data graphics and dashboards, to help identify challenges and opportunitiesLeverage coding skills and proficiency in Tableau to transform unstructured data into actionable insights, supporting customer decision-making related to production, resources and personnelRequirements:Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field)5 years of experience in data analytics, with proficiency in relational and NoSQL databases ( e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB) and SQL querying5 years of experience utilizing Python or R programming with relevant libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib)5 years of experience with time-series data ana lysis and producing data visualizationsUS citizenship and an active Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph security clearance requiredDesired Experience:Experience with Tableau PrepExperience using Splunk, including automated processesExperience using enterprise services, security controls, and data management practices
