Founded in 2019, Swift supports Civilian, Defense, and Intelligence Community customers across the country and around the globe.We are looking for a UI/UX Designer in McLean, VA.Job Description:Provide user interface/user experience (UI/UX) design, research, and development plans in support of the client's applicationsLeverage expertise in Ul/UX design principles, human-centered design, and user research to create intuitive and user-friendly digital experiencesRequirements:Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience) or technical areaMinimum of five years of experience working with user research methodologies, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to inform design decisions and validate user experienceProficiency in UI/UX design tools, such as Sketch, In Vision, and Adobe Creative Suite, to create high-quality design solutionsFive years of experience with wireframing and prototyping tools, such as Figma and Axure, to develop and test design concepts.Human-centered design principles and design thinking to create intuitive and user-friendly digital experiencesKnowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals to effectively communicate design requirements to development teamsUS citizenship and an active Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph security clearance requiredDesired Experience:Experience with mobile and web application design, including responsive design principles and mobile-specific design considerationsFamiliarity with existing design systems and brand guidelines to ensure alignment with customer's overall visual identityKnowledge of emerging trends and technologies in UI/UX design, such as AR/VR and voice UI, to stay ahead of the curve and identify new opportunitiesExperience with usability testing and user feedback analysis to inform design decisions and iterate on design solutions
