Founded in 2019, Swift supports Civilian, Defense, and Intelligence Community customers across the country and around the globe.We are looking for a AI/ML Engineer in McLean, VA.Job Description:Design, develop, test, evaluate, and deploy AI/ML models and ensembles across various domains, including generative Al, classification, prediction, computer vision, natural language processing (NLP), and reinforcement learningProvide AI/ML engineering services to support customer's initiatives, leveraging expertise in AI/ML algorithms, software development, and cloud computingRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science,Data Science, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent experience)5 years of experience with Python or R programming languages for AI/ML development5 years of experience with Cloud computing services from major providers, including experience with cloud-based AI/ML development and deployment5 years of experience with AI/ML model development and deployment, including model tuning, experimentation, validation, and benchmarkingUS citizenship and an active Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph security clearance requiredDesired Experience:Experience with AI/ML model explainability and interpretability techniquesFamiliarity with Sponsor's enterprise services, security controls, and data management practicesExperience with front-end web development frameworks, such as FlaskExperience with Tableau to produce visualizations and dashboardsExperience with verification and validation test benchesDeep learning frameworks, such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or KerasVersion control systems, such as GitHub
