Application Specialist

Job Summary The Application Specialist performs all data entry related to the processing of undergraduate applications for admission and assists with data operations within the Office of Admissions. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Performs all data entry related to undergraduate applications in the CRM (Slate) and SIS (PeopleSoft), including but not limited to, initial entry of student applications and updating information in student applications. Troubleshoots application data errors and provides assistance to applicants. Assists with new student orientation. Participation in admissions and recruitment events, answering admissions phone lines and providing customer service as needed. Performs other duties as assigned.
